An extra townhouse

This well located townhouse development came with a little something extra... potential for one more townhouse than most other buyers would realise was possible!  Due to our experience we were able to negotiate some relaxations that resulted in five townhouses instead of four, as most would expect. We also found a workaround solution for the speed bump outside the property.
